Use thesalt spray test machine to spray the Sodium Chloride Solution to thesurface of electric coating to achieve the purpose of detection. Thematerial is stainless steel.</p> <p>Equipment:<br>All equipmentneeded in the test: Spray nozzle, salt water barrel, test piece support, spray liquid collection container, test chamber, salt water, supplytank, pressure tank, supply equipment and exhaust equipment required forcompressed air, the device is shown in the figure, and the test is conducted as follow.<br>Bluntmaterial is required, it is required that the material itself cannot becorroded, and it can not affect the corrosion test.<br>Thefog nozzle cannot spray the test liquid directly to the sample, thesolution at the top of the spraying chamber cannot drop on the testpiece.<br>Thetest liquid dropping from test piece cannot flow back to the salt bucketagain for the test.<br>Thesolution should not contain grease and dust, so you have to prepare anair cleaner.<br>Sprayliquid should be collected for at least 16 hours, and the average of the solution collected in one hour is 1-2ml. Use the final average to represent theamount of spray.<br>Theconcentration of the Sodium Chloride Solution should be maintainedat 40~60g/L.<br>Thetemperature of the pressure barrel should be kept in 47+1 DEG C,temperature of the salt water barrel should be kept in 35+1 DEG C.<br>Sample Placement: If you need to test many pieces,make sure that all major surfaces can be detected by salt fog at thesame time.<br>Arrangement of samples, the sprayshould be free to drop on all the test pieces, preventing the situationof blocking the spray.<br>Each sample cannot be in contactwith each other.<br>Salt spray can’t drop from one testpiece to another one.<br>Sample identification mark should bemarked at the bottom of the test piece.</p> <p>Description:<br>Spray method:<br>Adopting bernoute principle to absorb brine and then atomize brine, the degree of atomization is even, no blocking phenomenon of crystallization, can ensure the standard of continuous test.<br>Nozzles: made of special glass nozzles, the size of the spray can be adjusted.<br>Spray flow rate adjustment 1-2ml (ml/8ocm'/nh) (16-hour average)<br>Spray mode: continuous type<br>Adopt the direct heating method, the heating speed is fast to reduce the standby time, when the temperature reaches ON.
