The Cup

In a world where coffee prices are at an all-time high, we set out to create a blend that delivers exceptional quality without breaking the bank. This coffee is a true workhorse, designed with home espresso brewers in mind but versatile enough for any brewing method. Featuring bold notes of cocoa powder, roasted peanuts, raisin, and a touch of black tea, it offers a smooth, creamy body with mild acidity. Whether you’re crafting a latte, pulling a straight shot, or brewing a drip coffee, this dependable blend is one you’ll return to time and time again.

The Roast

Our roast profile highlights the rich chocolatey notes and nutty undertones that espresso lovers crave while maintaining the balance and versatility to shine in any brew method. It’s crafted to complement milk-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos but also delivers a clean, flavorful experience when enjoyed black. This blend is consistent, approachable, and satisfying for every occasion.

The Origin

This espresso blend originates from Guaxupé, Sul de Minas, Brazil—a region celebrated for its coffee excellence. Cultivated by smallholder farmers within the Cooxupé cooperative, these beans grow in the nutrient-rich volcanic soil of Minas Gerais at an altitude of 1,200 meters. The cooler climate of Sul de Minas allows the beans to develop slowly, enhancing their natural complexity.

The semi-washed processing method adds depth and sweetness to the coffee, bringing out its chocolate, dried fruit, and nutty flavors. It’s a reflection of the care and expertise of the farmers who grow it.
